Website Terms of Service

At a glance
- These terms govern the public learncenter.dev website, its content, and its inquiry forms.
- Signed client agreements govern paid work. Product-specific terms or notices may govern LearnCenter products separately.
- The warranty, liability, indemnification, dispute, governing law, and public contact sections below remain explicitly review-gated instead of guessed.
Scope and acceptance
These Website Terms of Service govern your access to and use of learncenter.dev, including public site content, outbound links, and general inquiry forms.
By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the related Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. If you submit an inquiry on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You may not:
- Use the site in violation of law or another person's rights
- Submit false, misleading, infringing, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the site, bypass security controls, or introduce malware or other harmful code
- Use burdensome or control-bypassing automation that disrupts the site or its normal operation
- Misrepresent your relationship to LearnCenter or imply endorsement that does not exist
Site content and brand use
The site's text, design, graphics, logos, software, and other visible content are owned by LearnCenter or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
LearnCenter grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the site for lawful informational and business- evaluation purposes. That does not include copying, republishing, redistributing, framing, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting site content without permission.
You may not use the LearnCenter name, logo, or other brand indicators in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, or ownership without permission.
Inquiry submissions
If you submit information through a contact form or by email, you authorize LearnCenter to use that information to review your request, reply, and, if relevant, prepare or provide requested services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to share it. Do not send material you expect LearnCenter to treat as confidential unless LearnCenter has agreed to do so in writing.
An inquiry, consultation request, or exchange of messages does not by itself create a client relationship, service commitment, or guarantee that LearnCenter will take on the project.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, services, stores, or other resources. LearnCenter does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
If you use a third-party destination, your use is governed by that destination's own terms and policies.
Separate project and product agreements
The site describes LearnCenter's services and products, but paid client work is governed by separate written agreements. Those agreements control project scope, timing, payment, ownership, warranties, support, and liability for the work they cover.
Product-specific terms, store terms, or separate notices may also apply to LearnCenter products. See the ProTuner Privacy Policy and fr3t.app Terms where applicable. When a separate product notice or product term applies, these site terms do not override it.
Changes to these terms
LearnCenter may update these terms as the site, business operations, or legal requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain on this page.
If you continue using the site after revised terms are published, that continued use will mean you accept the revised terms.
Important legal terms
This revision keeps the website-only scope clear. It is not intended to pull signed client work, project payments, support commitments, or service liability back under general site terms.
Qualified review required before publication
- [Finalize the website-only warranty disclaimer in sentence case, including any needed carveouts for non-waivable rights.]
- [Finalize the website-only limitation of liability and confirm whether any monetary cap should be used.]
Indemnification review gate
The audit kept open the possibility of a narrowed indemnification clause tied to unlawful misuse, a material violation of these terms, or content submitted without rights.
Qualified review required: indemnification
[Confirm whether LearnCenter wants an indemnification clause at all, and if so, finalize its scope, parties, and procedures before publication.]
Dispute handling review gate
This revision does not carry forward arbitration, class-action waiver, mandatory informal-resolution, or forum boilerplate from the earlier terms.
Qualified review required: dispute handling
[Decide whether the site terms should include any dispute process. Do not restore JAMS, San Francisco County venue, a mandatory 30-day process, or a class waiver without tailored legal review.]
Governing law review gate
California law is the intended baseline for these website terms, subject to final legal review of whether additional court-forum language is needed.
Qualified review required: governing law
[Confirm the final governing-law language and whether any forum clause should be added before publication.]
Severability and waiver
If a provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect to the extent permitted by law.
LearnCenter's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Contact
Questions about these website terms should go to a monitored public LearnCenter contact address.
Publication blocker: terms contact
[Replace this placeholder with a monitored public terms or general contact alias before publication. Do not use a founder-name email here unless that is the confirmed public policy.]
