These Terms govern your use of fr3t.app, the guitar learning and reference app provided by LearnCenter LLC.

Agreement and App Store terms
By downloading or using fr3t.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you obtained fr3t.app through Apple's App Store, Apple's App Store terms and standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply unless LearnCenter has provided a valid custom end-user license agreement through App Store Connect.
These Terms are between you and LearnCenter, not Apple. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms or applicable law, Apple's required terms or applicable law control to the extent of the conflict.
Your license
LearnCenter grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use fr3t.app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules and applicable App Store terms.
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works from the app or any part of it.
What fr3t.app provides
The app provides fretboard visualizations, keys, scales, chords, chord progressions, chord-tone overlays, CAGED shapes, tuning controls, sequencer features, presets, practice modes, a metronome, and audio playback.
The app is provided for learning, reference, practice, and creative exploration. LearnCenter does not guarantee that every musical label, theory result, preset, tuning, fingering, playback result, progression, or other output will be error-free or suitable for every use.
fr3t.app does not promise a particular learning, practice, or performance result.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for an unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app, its links, the website, or related systems.
- Attempt unauthorized access to an app, device, account, service, or system.
- Bypass or defeat technical or security restrictions.
- Use the app or its links to infringe another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights.
- Misrepresent your relationship with LearnCenter or Apple.
- Copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the app except where these Terms or applicable law permit it.
Intellectual property
fr3t.app, including its software, interface, design, text, graphics, audio assets, musical-data presentation, and other original content, is owned by LearnCenter or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Third-party names, marks, recordings, compositions, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the app, if any, is for educational, descriptive, or reference purposes and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Purchases, privacy, maintenance, and support
Purchases
fr3t.app currently does not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid account features. Any App Store purchase price or refund, if applicable, is handled under Apple's terms.
If paid features are introduced in the future, the applicable App Store payment terms and the terms posted at that time will apply.
Privacy
Your use of fr3t.app is also governed by the fr3t.app Privacy Policy.
Maintenance and support
LearnCenter is responsible for app maintenance and support as described in these Terms or required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for fr3t.app.
Support is provided by email at support@learncenter.dev. Phone support is not offered.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fr3t.app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple. Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, as required by Apple's applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limits on consumer rights. Those exclusions or limits apply only to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnCenter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, device issues, or substitute services arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, fr3t.app.
LearnCenter's total liability for claims related to fr3t.app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any, or USD $50, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Claims, compliance, and Apple
Product and intellectual-property claims
LearnCenter, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to fr3t.app or your possession and use of it. This includes product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, consumer-protection claims, and intellectual-property infringement claims.
Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States government prohibited- or restricted-party list.
Third-party terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using fr3t.app, including Apple's App Store, operating-system, network, and device-service terms.
Apple as a third-party beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Apple-required provisions in these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce those provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Ending use and changes
Ending your use
You may end your use of fr3t.app at any time by stopping use and deleting the app.
Your rights under the app license end automatically if you materially fail to comply with these Terms. If the license ends, you must stop using and delete the app.
LearnCenter may update, stop distributing, or stop supporting a version of the app, subject to applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
LearnCenter may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
By continuing to use fr3t.app after revised Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise.
