If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your license to use the app is also governed by Apple's App Store terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless LearnCenter provides a valid custom EULA through App Store Connect.
If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms or applicable law, Apple's required terms or applicable law control to the extent of the conflict.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules and applicable App Store terms.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where applicable law allows.
fr3t iOS provides fretboard visualization, scales, chords, CAGED shapes, tuning support, sequencer features, presets, practice modes, metronome, and audio playback.
The app is provided for education, practice, and creative exploration. We do not guarantee that every musical label, theory result, preset, tuning, fingering, playback result, or progression will be error-free or suitable for every use.
You are responsible for maintaining any backups you need. Deleting the app may delete local app data.
The app does not provide cloud sync unless we add that feature in the future and update these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The app may generate fr3t.app links that encode musical settings. Do not use share links to transmit confidential, private, unlawful, or infringing material.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems, use the app for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the app in a way that could harm LearnCenter, Apple, other users, or third parties.
The app, including its software, interface, design, text, graphics, audio assets, musical data presentation, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Song titles, artist names, musical references, and other third-party identifiers, if shown, are for educational, descriptive, or reference purposes only. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, recordings, lyrics, or compositions, and no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
The current app does not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid account features. If paid features are added later, applicable App Store payment terms and updated posted terms will apply.
Your use of the app is also governed by the fr3t iOS Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, under Apple's applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnCenter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, device issues, or substitute services arising from or related to your use of the app.
Our total liability for claims related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any, or USD $50, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
