This may include:
This information is stored locally using Apple device storage. LearnCenter does not receive it unless you choose to send it, for example in a support request.
The app can create fr3t.app share links. These links may include musical settings such as instrument, tuning, key, scale, chord, visible frets, and display options.
If you share a link with another person or service, that person or service may be able to view the settings contained in the URL.
The app also supports fr3t.app universal links and the fr3t:// URL scheme to open supported musical states in the app.
If you contact us for support, we may receive information such as your name, email address, message, device details, screenshots, or diagnostic context.
We use this information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, protect our rights, and comply with law. We retain support communications only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
If you visit fr3t.app or learncenter.dev pages, your browser and the website host may process standard web information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring page, and timestamps.
If we add website analytics, cookies, or similar technologies for the app's legal pages, we will update this policy before using them.
Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, purchases, crash reports, analytics, device settings, and user choices under Apple's own privacy policies and App Store terms.
If Apple provides developer reports or crash information to us, we use that information only to understand app performance, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.
The app uses UserDefaults to save local preferences and app state. It may also use system timing APIs for audio transport, sequencing, performance timing, or UI timing.
These uses are declared in the app's Apple privacy manifest and are not used for tracking.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate support, email, hosting, security, or legal compliance, and only as needed for those purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
You can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. If you contact support, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you provided to us by emailing privacy@learncenter.dev.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
